[REDACTED] was walking with a client holing their hands. This client is dependent on DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) for mobility and cannot walk on their own.

[REDACTED] was walking with a client in the living room. [REDACTED] was holding the clients hands and walking ahead of them. The client pulled rocked back away from [REDACTED] while still holing her hands. This cause a jerking motion and pulled [REDACTED] toward the client. [REDACTED] did not immediately feel the injury finished her work shift that day and went home. She had a couple of days and reported to the Executive Director on the evening of [REDACTED] that she was unable bare any weight on her right foot without pain. The [REDACTED] directed [REDACTED] to get medical treatment. [REDACTED] went to Urgent Care [REDACTED] and was diagnosed with a sprained right foot and ordered no work for 3 days and was later prescribed limited duties.
