Delivering resident HEB online grocery order.
What happened
After returning from HEB with an online order for a resident I opened the back drivers side of the van to retrieve a 48 count of HEB bottles water. Once I picked it up I felt a strain in my lower back. I had to use my knee and leg to keep it from falling to the ground. I walked it into the building using my leg to assist.
