What happened
Team member states that a co worker and him were looking down at the machine trying to figure out the correct levels. He was looking to the left and later looked to the right. He did not realize that his co-worker was about to open the door when he changed positions. He states that this safety door is hard to open therefore when his co-worker opened the door he hit him on the right side of his lip mouth.
