What happened
After the car had finished loading and EEP had been added they closed the ball valve above the denaturant port. They then disconnected and drained the EEP hose into a bucket. The next step was to connect the Nitrogen bottle to the port. [REDACTED] was preparing to connect the nitrogen hose to the port when [REDACTED] asked if he should open the valve above the port. [REDACTED] thought that [REDACTED] said yes so he proceeded to open the valve. This sprayed [REDACTED] wit h EEP that was in the line above the valve. [REDACTED] moved to get away and tripped on a hose and fell.
