Associate was moving an empty pallet to the end of the roller belt to continue stacking which was their assigned job function that day

[REDACTED] lost awareness of their surrounding space causing them to trip on the corner of the pallet they were stacking on. This twisted their right knee as they were falling to the ground. Their right knee impacted on the concrete floor. They also extended their right hand to brace their fall on a neighboring stack of pallets. [REDACTED] then called for help for their knee and also hand pain.
