Employee claimed to have strained sprained his back from constant bending in the auto store. He said he did not notice anything until after work when he went to bed on [REDACTED] still came into work on [REDACTED] for a full shift then called off on [REDACTED] citing the pain. It was at that point we had the employee come in so we could fill out a report and send him to Concentra.
