What happened
Associate is unsure when it happened he states that he was case picking on [REDACTED] and that [REDACTED] he felt tightness. The associate did not report the injury at the time. He stated to the Supervisor on [REDACTED] that he some uncomfort in his back but thought it would get batter after a couple of days off. On [REDACTED] the associate told the Supervisor he did not think it was getting better and wanted to get it looked at.
Injury or illness
Associate was working in the Parcel location and strained his back on 1 12 23 he states he did not notice the pain until that evening and figured it was something that would go away so he did ot report it to his supervisor. Today 1 17 23 he told his supervisor what had happened and stated it was not getting any better and thought he should get it looked at.
