Opening the back door to the truck

The door swung open causing the driver to fall to the ground resulting in injuries

Driver was standing and opening lift gate door which was already open. The backdoor swung back and knocked driver over where he landed hard on the ground on his right arm. Driver continued on route for three more stops until his lunch hour at which point he called Dispatch who told him to drive immediately back to CDC with vehicle. At dispatch a supervisor Harry Clifford performed an incident report with the driver and called Concentra nurse over the phone. The nurse spoke to the driver and advised him to seek help immediately at St Rose. Immediately after completing incident report the driver drove to the hospital in their own vehicle.
