What happened
Associate turned left and noticed the MHE veering left so the individual overcorrected to the right and the MHE went in opposite direction. As the MHE is moving in opposite direction the individual placed their left foot outside MHE cage towards the product.
Injury or illness
Associate was trying to drive forward and accidentally went backwards into a pallet location. His left foot was removed from the dead man brake and place partial outside the cage of the MHE that the toes and upper part of his foot was bruised and possible crush injury.
