The associate was digging in a tub looking for a reel feeder that was required for the work they were doing. The reel feeders that were being stacked on the top of the rack were broken. The associates that work in that area out of habit just sit them on top until the end of the day. The tubs are in a rack to where the tubs slide in and out. The rack is not stationary and has movement when pulling the tubs out.
