What happened
Walking to [REDACTED] Lot through [REDACTED] when I slipped and fell on a large puddle in the middle of the room which had formed from leaky roof in heavy rain. This caused painful injury to the skin of my right forearm and muscles of right arm and shoulder. I informed security later [REDACTED] and saw a doctor the following morning.
