On arrival Officer dealt with an uncooperative female who was disobeying lawful orders to make away from officers while they were arresting another person. Officer grabbed the suspect but they got away. As the suspect got away officer grabbed at her t-shirt and the suspect pulled away again. The officer 's right ring finger got stuck in the shirt and an immediate pain was felt.
