Before the incident

What happened
After they cut and filled up the fabric cart they moved the fabric cart to the inspection area. As they made the trun into the inspection area the employee was slowing down and turning the fabric cart since she was at the front. The new employee was in training mode so she forgot to slow down and she kept pushing. The fabric cart wheel ran over the employee 's left little toe as she tried to slow down and turn the cart.
