Setting up the Big Saw

Employee was setting up a saw in the [REDACTED]. There is a set of stairs on the right side of the machine to access the roller table to get a measurement of the block that needs cut. Employee was coming down the stairs and lost his footing on the first step closest to the ground. His foot did not hit the whole step just the rounded edge. When employee lost his footing he put his hand down to catch himself and came down on the metal step which is rigid and cut the palm of his left hand.
