What happened
Used a pair of pliers on the [REDACTED] machine while on a step ladder to try and free up a jam on the chopper. Jam caused by either a chipped blade or excessive trim. Operator was trying to turn the gear (see pic) with the plier and cut the inner portion of the webbing on his right hand. Cut by the plier or the guard on the unit.
