employee was helping the inspection department cut sheer bars. The fabric ends got stuck in the drain hole so instead of using the green extended tool to pick up or knock down the fabric end into the drain tray as procedure requires he used his scissors. As he hit the fabric end with his scissors his hand slipped down after the fabric fell through and he struck the dbar blade cutting his 2nd finger at the knuckle.
