I was getting a rack of belts from cure pot I knocked a few belts off the rack when moving rack into the walkway I went to walk around the rack to pick up belts on floor The front edge of my shoe it edge of mold jacket in alley way I fell forward onto the floor and struck the right side of my head just above temple area My head fell onto the edge of the spider spoke
