What happened
Staff was in the kitchen with client when client all of the sudden kicked at staff and then came at staff swinging both fists ' staff attempted to block blows but client repeatedly hit staff before staff got away. Client also grabbed staff 's neck in an attempt to choke staff causing red markings on staff 's collar bones. When staff was deflecting the blows before they were able to get away staff 's left shoulder started to go numb and after the incident staff felt severe pain in left shouldre area down to their elbow.
