What happened
I had unloaded the food cart and was taking it out the middle front door holding it open with my back so I could pull it through. Cart caught the lip-ridge of the door and fell on my left foot hitting the big toe and toes next to it and the foot behind it. No balance lost I did not fall over. Foot started swelling and bruising began to appear almost immediately following the incident.
