What happened
Employee was cleaning pond filters with a pressure washer. As he was balancing one of the filters on the ground with his left hand the water from the pressure washer wand (held by his right hand) moved the filter along with his left hand putting his left middle finger into the path of the water pressure from the wand (approx 2 inches from the end of the wand to his finger).
