What happened
Patient came out of his room and went and sat at a table in the day room. Patient appeared to be responding to internal stimuli. Patient got up suddenly and started pacing back and forth yelling get the f away from me leave me the f alone I 'm tired of you stealing my stuff. I was currently on his line of site monitor. I began to approach the patient to try and deescalate and or offer an alternative activity such as going outside for some air or a radio. Patient put his hands on the long table in front of him and tried to lift it but could not. Patient then pushed the table and table hit me on my thighs and pushed me backwards.
