While assisting staff place patient in restraints a fight occurred. During the escorting I fell to the floor with the patient. After security placed PT in the medical sled we escorted PT to the restraint chair. While placing PT in the restraint chair he kicked out causing me to fall into the restraint chair and floor hitting my head
