What happened
The client got up and charged at staff again and we implemented another SEC to a SES. The client again seemed to calm and made a plan of again of taking his meds going to his room and relaxing for the evening. The client was let out of the SES and he went to his room. The client again kept opening his door and asking to talk with staff. Staff let him know that we talked about him being upset over [REDACTED] shopping and that he agreed to a plan so he could have a better day. He opened his door after his hold saying you hurt me or they referring to the people in the hold. He kept saying he was mad at staff then saying he was mad at himself staff redirected him asking him to try and relax. Then a peer came out of their room very upset over the client. I let him know that his action was starting to have effect on his peers and upsetting them while in his room without the client around he told staff he would kill him.
