Before the incident
The employee was moving a cart that had empty cores leaded onto it.
What happened
As the employee was moving the cart there was another cart in front of it so she went to move the other cart to clear the way and make room to move the empty cart back to the fabric covered area. When she went back to move her cart she grabbed the cart from the opposite side from where the handle is located and when the cart started to move a large 10.5 ft. core fell and hit her in the back of the head. The core had been placed in the wrong location.
