While assisting coworkers in loading their carts the employee turned around to walk away and unexpectedly tripped over a box he didn’t see. As he stumbled forward he put both arms out in an attempt to break the fall. Unfortunately he landed hard on the left side of his body resulting in severe pain that radiated throughout his entire left arm.
