What happened
EE was inspecting castings from north inspection line and transferring castings to a pallet. EE set casting down and moved his hoist then started moving the casting with his hands. He got his left ring finger stuck between the casting and the pallet while moving casting. He then yanked his finger free resulting in a partial amputation.
