Before the incident
Employee & another employee were unloading steel delivered. The other employee was on the trailer walking the steel down to the end of the trailer using a crane. Injured employee was on the ground and had his hand on the end of the tubing to steady guide it.
What happened
The other employee pushed the wrong directional button which sent the steel backwards instead of forward. This caused the square tubing to pinch his finger between the trailer rail and the tubing cutting his finger under his leather gloves.
