What happened
Pt was trying to get out stretcher assisted pt back on stretcher. Linens repositioned under pt. PT had IV line and monitor cords tangled underneath herself. IV pump was alarming occlusion. This RN was helping pt turn and another RN was repositioning linens and noticed IV line was under pt and disconnected IV line from IV site causing medication fluid to splash into this RN 's right eye. Mask was being worn at this time. After pt care performed Charge RN and ANM aware. Right eye flushed with mL [REDACTED]
