Before the incident
work in sterile processing so we have to unload load up washers carrying pans to get job done etc. I was carrying square pans and large basins on this day
What happened
I was on basin assignment [REDACTED] so I had to grab square pans and basins to get my job done for the day. We also unload washers throughout the way and carry racks to window so at some point my back got hurt and pulled it.
