What happened
[REDACTED] was asking for a bedtime medicine when I just finished injecting SQ [REDACTED] on his abdomen. I got distracted hence my hand slid and poked my ring finger left hand with the contaminated insulin needle. Did first aid immediately and informed Charge Nurse. Night Nurse Supervisor aware as well.
