What happened
A pt walked up to me at the front desk and stated they needed to be checked in so I proceeded to find the pt in my DAR. pt chart was not on my DAR so I looked the pt up by name and DOB. I noticed that the pt was checked into the ED so I told the pt I would walk them back to the ED. Upon walking them a few steps down the hallway 4th [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the pt yanked me by my hair head and pulled backwards.
