pt punched me in the left arm 3 x and then when I looked at RN coming in the door pt punched with closed fist right hand in the right side of my face and pushed me with his left hand. I fell on my buttock back and bumped the back of my head a few feet outside of room. Another CNA helped pt back into the room and staff responded to event.
