What happened
I was changing plastic vacuum bottles during the paracentesis. When removing the tubing from the plastic vacuum bottle and sprayed like when you up the cap on a Pepsi can . I felt something in the corner of my left eye. At first I didn 't think much of it because I didn 't feel anything else hit my face. But [REDACTED] my eye feels irritated. I 'm worried that it was the pt 's paracentesis fluid that sprayed into my eye.
