While sweeping a 2x6 board fell from the trimmer overhead and hit the left side of his head which knocked off his hard hat and then hit him in his left shoulder

There was a small mark on his head behind his ear and there was a scrape mark on his shoulder. After seeing doctor and he has a torn left rotator cuff and will require surgery and he will miss time. Doctor removed him from work on 10 3 23 and he is still out.
