Before the incident
Employee was removing the banding from an upright stack of flanges.
What happened
Employee was cutting the banding on a vertical stack of flanges in it 's respective rack. He was on the backside of the rack where there was less room and when he cut the banding the flanges collapsed trapping his hand against the inside of the rack. When he jerked his hand it he strained his wrist.
