What happened
[REDACTED] arrived to work [REDACTED] and proceeded to enter the building by using the loading dock roll up door. He was looking down towards the ground as he was walking towards the roll up door and didn’t notice that he wouldn’t have clearance to make it under the door. [REDACTED] bumped his head onto the roll up door and fell backwards onto the sidewalk. He was helped up and accessed for injury. He was driven to work by a family member who was still onsite at the time of the accident. [REDACTED] went home with the family member to recuperate.
