What happened
She was having difficulty loading the coil and got assistance from another person to help her. The other person was pushing the Alum-a-Load as the injured employee was moving the part into the right loading position. When the coil became unstuck it quickly slid on the Alum-a-Lift mandril mashing her middle left finger.
