Walking from one side of the jet to the other Instead of walking around the power cart he walked in between the aircraft and power cart tripping over the power cord

What happened

Recordable due to Rx and wrist splint The EE reports while walking outside from one side of an AC to the other side there was a power cart at the front of the AC He accidentally tripped over the power cord causing him to fall to the concrete striking both knees both hands and his nose brushed the concrete also There is swelling but there are not skin abrasions He was wearing gloves but he is having throbbing discomfort to his right elbow and right wrist with any attempts to move it He has significant decreased mobility to the elbow and hand
