Performing plane captain duties prior to launch

Recordable due to restrictions and Rx The EE reports he was on the side of an aircraft as a plane captain performing start up preparing it for launch when the jet next to him was making a turn leading to the flight line Upon starting the turn the pilot exceeded the amount of throttle which should have been used The EE was hit with the blast of the engine exhaust and knocked to the concrete Along with knocking over the EE the fire bottle was also blown over and into the aircraft He twisted his right ankle and is experiencing discomfort with any attempts at weight bearing or flexion extension EE was examined by onsite paramedics An ice pack and ace wrap were applied and he was instructed to elevate the foot and not put weight on it until it is evaluated to determine if there is a fracture The injury hotline was notified and told the employee to go to urgent care for further evaluation EE returned from the clinic and stated x rays were taken but didnt have results yet However EE walked in
