[REDACTED] was operating forklift and passed EE to pick up cage. when [REDACTED] turned to start reversing [REDACTED] had also backed up to where the forklift was at. EE began and stopped motion of the forklift simultaneously pinning [REDACTED]s foot under the bumper and striking the leg.
