The employee claims he was packaging materials including dry ice but could not pinpoint on the exact time. The employee reported the incident [REDACTED] weeks after he said he had symptoms.

The employee developed blisters similar to the ones that develop when an individual rubs their skin while grasping dry ice blocks. Later during the investigation it was found the the employee was not using the proper gloves (cryogenic) as supplied and required to use.
