What happened
Crushed right middle finger 3 employees were attempting to unpin the NCS tower support angle leg. Employee #1 hammered the pin with a striking bar held by Employee #2 aiming to dislodge it. Simultaneously Employee #3 intended to roll the 25lb pin onto the mainframe. When the pin was released it fell crushing Employee #3 's finger against the mainframe.
