What happened
EE stated that he taped up the box and proceeded to lift the box with both hands and use his leg to support the lift and place the box on top of two boxes high. Box being placed on top of the two boxes was too high for the employee to fully reach and the box slipped. EE tried to catch the box with his right hand and the box bent his thumb back.
