What happened
According to the employee they removed jammed boxes from the Alto Pack. They were conducting this operation for several minutes growing increasingly frustrated and eventually expediently exited from the machinery’s internals. Upon exit the employee said they struck their right temple against a fixed metal housing. A short time after striking the machinery the employee states that they began to experience dizziness confusion and blurred vision.
