Before the incident
IW and coworker completed drain repairs on upper level roof and were getting ready to go to another job-site. IW potentially had Bur mastic residue on the bottom of his boots.
What happened
IW had some roofing material on his boots which made his boots slippery. IW fell off a wall-mounted ladder approx. 4-5 ft. He fell on his left hip butt back. Got up and said he felt fine. Then went to medical facility later and has a chipped patella (knee)
