Switching from the left to the right arm - moved a table with exposed needle on it
What happened
Used 22 ga needle for lidocaine for comfort. Put exposed needed on edge of table instead of using safety cap so I could use it again. [REDACTED] stated the right arm worked better so moved the table to other side of patient forgetting about the exposed needle and got stuck
