It was [REDACTED] and employee was on a dirt road straight away road that leads to a lightless strip of road that 's considered a hghway but visibility was challenged because of the fog and it being completely dark maybe 4 street lights in total so he driving by the GPS and it stated the stop sign is coming up but before he got to the stop sign a deer hops out of the grass from the right side and instead of hitting the deer employee dodged it but in doing so employee swerved into a ditch where he came to complete stop.

Employee was not hurt.

A deer harmed the state vehicle but the employee was not hurt and did not seek medical attention.
