[REDACTED] was completing final cabin safety check and preparing to get seated in AFT jumpseat.

While walking toward the back of the aircraft near [REDACTED] the pilots suddenly slammed on the brakes causing [REDACTED] to fall backwards to the cabin floor. While falling she tried to break her fall by grabbing the sides of the passenger seats but was unable to break her fall. She fell hard on her lower back and also bruised both elbows. Injured both arms shoulders and both thighs. Right leg below knee on back side has a bruise.
