EE states she was in the downstairs kitchen cutting up cabbage and carrots when the knife slipped off of one of the carrots and cut a gash into the tip of the EE 's left little finger. EE is right hand dominant. Supervisor is aware. Little Finger Left Hand -Cut at the tip of the finger a chunk of the tip of the finger removed scooped out approximately 2 cm in length appears deep -Moderate amount of bleeding at time of injury controlled with gauze in place -Mild stinging pain -Tetanus Status - UTD - [REDACTED]
