Before the incident
Employee was mopping the floor before leaving when he utilized the reverse press wringer. As he pulled lower the mop to release water back into the bucket the employee pulled too hard in which resulted in a piece of metal spring falling out of place and cutting his left thigh.

AS THE EMPLOYEE PULLED THE LEVER TOWARD THE MOP TO RELEASE WATER BACK INTO THE BUCKET THE EMPLOYEECLAIMEDTO HAVE PULLED TO HARD IN WHICH RESULTED IN A PIECE OF METAL SPRING FALLING OUT OF PLACE. EMPLOYEE MENTIONED HE BEEN STANDING BEHIND THE BUCKET WHICH RESULTED IN SCRAPING HIS LEFT THIGH.
